We manufacture everything from individual prototypes to large series. Depending on your requirements, this can include material procurement, component finishing, measurement protocols and initial sample test reports.

In order to guarantee the optimal processing of your production orders, we have a machine pool that covers all water jet technology processes -  from conventional abrasive jet cutting and micro waterjet cutting to special solutions in pure waterjet cutting.

The limits of the precision water jet are nearly unlimited. Thanks to the versatile application of the technology, all kinds of materials can be machined and individual shapes can be created. We have the vast expertise in the machining of:

  • Cutting contour (digital as CAD file [DXF, PDF, STEP, technical drawing] or description in text form)
  • Material provided either by customer or procured by us
  • Shipping or pickup at our company location in Chemnitz
